Court Hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM (Monday-Thursday), 9:00AM to 12:00 PM on Friday.
The court is closed from 12:00 to 1:15 for lunch
The 52nd District Court is a Court of general jurisdiction, hearing felony criminal cases, family law cases including divorce suits affecting the parent child relationship, and civil cases. This Court also has jurisdiction over juvenile, misdemeanor, child protective and Attorney General child support cases.
