We are located on the third floor of the Coryell County Courthouse. Office hours are 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. We are closed for Lunch from 12-1PM.
The mission of this project is to assist all victims of violent crimes within
Services offered: The services offered by the Coryell County Crime Victims’ Office include informing victims of their rights as a victim of crime, assistance with Crime Victims’ Compensation, assistance with completing Victim Impact Statement forms, criminal justice/court accompaniment, crisis intervention services, information and referrals to needed services in the community, law enforcement accompaniment, assistance with TX VINE, assistance with applying for Protective Orders, assistance with parole protest letters, follow-up with victims, and victim advocacy.

Regarding Protective Orders in Coryell County: Victims may apply for a Protective Order through the Coryell County Crime Victims' Office, and we will forward your application to the County Attorney's office, as the County Attorney files all protective orders with the court. We will help with the application and if the application is filed, we will assist victims with preparing for the hearing and accompany them to the protective order hearing. To make an appointment to apply for a Protective Order, call the Crime Victims' Office at 254-865-5911, ext. 287. A representative from the Crime Victims' Office will meet with you in Gatesville or Copperas Cove, if needed.
